Take The U.S. Navy's book on Managing Sailors in Distress, and write an app that makes it easy to search, bookmark, and share content among sailors, without the need for an internet connection.

Discover: During user testing, results found that navigation was quicker, and recollection of topics was increased, when icons were used.
Decision: Use icons when appropriate, for faster navigation and user recollection of topics.
